Our Activities

We are actively approaching to collaborate with Block Facilitators, contract workers and ASHA workers to strengthen our foundation. We raise awareness about their rights, needed facilities, and push for permanent positions, fair wages, and better working conditions. Representing their interests in various forums, we ensure their voices are heard in decision-making processes affecting their work and livelihoods, advocating for their deserved recognition and support.

ASHA, Block Facilitators and Health Workers Union play a vital role in State Govt’s Primary Health Centers, engage in door-to-door surveys, and take on responsibilities similar to Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs). However, they do not get fair treatment for their hard work. We advocate for justice, demanding these workers be placed in permanent government positions and receive fair performance compensation, ensuring their contributions are properly recognized and rewarded.

ASHA, Block Facilitators and Health Workers Union are inevitable in ensuring public health, yet their concerns are often overlooked. So, ASHA, Block Facilitators and Health Workers Union raise awareness among ASHA workers, empowering them to raise their voices against injustices. We are educating them about their rights, advocating for their position’s promotion, and salary hike and striving to ensure they receive the recognition, resources, and compensation they deserve for their vital contributions.

Our counseling services cater to the diverse needs of ASHA, Block Facilitators and Health Workers Union. We provide legal and mental support, guiding them through challenges. Additionally, we inform them about the correct processes to present their demands to the administration. By offering comprehensive assistance, we aim to empower ASHA workers to effectively advocate for their rights and secure the support they deserve.
